£10 Deposit Secures Booking.
£40.00 per person for a Dinner fit for a Queen and Live Entertainment Including a free glass of the Queens favourite tipple on arrival.
Menu – Is a menu that I actually had the opportunity to cater for the queen in 2011 whilst serving in the Royal Air Force.
Starter
Quails Egg Scotch Egg with Parma Ham Croutons, Baby Leaf Spinach, Ruby Chard and a Honey Mustard Yogurt Dressing
Main
Canon of Lamb, with Celeriac and confit Lamb Anna Potatoes, Roasted Purple Sprouting and Plum and Kirsch Sauce.
Dessert
As we only catered a 2 Course Dinner we have decided to finish the Meal with some Canapé style desserts.
